DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your details for faster checkout, track your orders, and manage your delivery addresses.
HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?
Use the search icon at the top of the page to search by keyword, product name, or style. You can also browse by category using the navigation menu.
HOW DO I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT?
Click on any product image or name to visit the product page. There you’ll find the full product description, available sizes, colour and price.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
Yes — visit our Size Chart for full shoe size conversion tables (US, UK, EUR, CM) for Men’s and Women’s sizing, including a Men’s to Women’s conversion guide. If you’re unsure of your size, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

WHAT IS THE COLOUR/IMAGE DISCLAIMER?
While we do our best to display product colours accurately, please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device’s settings. We cannot guarantee that your display perfectly represents the actual product colour.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse the website and click on a product you’d like to buy. Select your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, click the cart icon and follow the prompts to complete checkout. Visit our How to Order page for a step-by-step guide.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We offer a range of secure payment options:
- PayJustNow — Split your purchase into 3 equal monthly payments, interest-free and fee-free.
- PayFlex — Split the cost of your purchase into flexible instalments.
- Mobicred — A revolving credit facility for online shopping.
- Standard card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT are also accepted.
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled, as we begin processing orders promptly. If you have an urgent concern, please contact us immediately at admin@partisanandco.com or call/WhatsApp +27 79 062 6017.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at admin@partisanandco.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we’ll assist you.
DELIVERY
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout South Africa. We also ship internationally — visit our International Shipping page for the full list of countries we ship to. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday and may take up to 2 working days to be dispatched. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 working days (please allow extra time if you are in a more remote area). Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
- Orders under R1,500: R150 delivery fee
- Orders R1,500 and over: Free delivery
- Express delivery (1–3 working days): R200
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.
WHAT IF I PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that a R150 parcel rerouting fee applies if an incorrect delivery address was provided.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
The courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to collect your parcel. Contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements.
SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER!
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at admin@partisanandco.com within 14 days of the shipping date and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Most items purchased from www.kswiss.co.za may be exchanged or returned for a refund within the first 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original price tag and packaging. Please note:

Items listed on “sale” are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items purchased from www.kswiss.co.za cannot be returned or exchanged through an outside retailer, and vice versa.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Contact us at admin@partisanandco.com or WhatsApp +27 64 506 7764 with your order number and reason for the return. Items can also be returned in person to our store at 25 4th Avenue, Parkhurst, Johannesburg. We may take up to 48 hours to respond to your query.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM — WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We sincerely apologise. If there are any issues with your delivery, such as damage to products or incorrect items, please notify us at admin@partisanandco.com within 14 days of the shipping date and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY K-SWISS SHOES?
To keep your K-Swiss sneakers looking their best:
- Canvas & Mesh: Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air-dry only — do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat.
- Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth using lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash or use bleach.
- Suede: Use a dedicated suede brush on dry shoes only. Do not use water as it may cause permanent staining.
Always air-dry your shoes naturally at room temperature.
