Most items purchased from www.k-swiss.co.za may be exchanged or returned for a refund within the first 30 days of delivery.

Items purchased from www.k-swiss.co.za cannot be returned to a store or outside retailer, and vice versa.

If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, www.k-swiss.co.za  must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund.

Returns received after the 30-day mark may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
