Expedited orders ship within 24 hours (business days only) from the day the order is placed. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing or shipping information provided.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days.

Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the ship date. BenSherman.co.za cannot be responsible for packages after that time.

Delivery Rates:

R0 - R1000 = R150 (3-7 working days from the day the order is dispatched)
Over R1000 = Free (3-7 working days from the day the order is dispatched)
R200 = Express Delivery (1-3 working days from the day the order is dispatched)
